When I start the car, it goes like this, and doesn’t load. Happened twice already in 2 days. Anyone else?

Yes - this has happened to me a half dozen times. Restarting the infotainment doesn't get rid of the issue. The only way to resolve this is to park the car, turn it off, lock it, walk away (so the key cannot communicate with the car), wait 30 minutes, and then its magically fixed.

Do you have anything plugged into your USB C port?
I had the same issue recently, I was trying to charge a Nintendo Switch and the screen stuck at Porsche logo, after I unplugged the Switch, the issue went away.

There is no hard reset button (or a combination of) that restarts it?

Happened to me twice. As said, turn off, lock, walk away, wait min 30 mins and it should clear. There was (still working?) a 2-finger gesture on main screen to boot a kind of bios mode, but I m not sure it helps..

This started happening to me back in the fall. It will continue to get worse over time. Right before I brought it in for service it was doing it every time I turned on the car and there was no fix or reset. When it first started I could fix it with the 2 finger engineer mode while driving. Soon after I could fix it with a quick power off/power on and by the end there was nothing I could do.

On my ~30 min drive to Porsche service I had no screens and made them send out a tech before turning off the car so they could witness it. I had no nav, no music, no Carplay, no garage door controls, no phone, no climate control, no heated seats (was ~32*F out) for the entire trip.

While I did not buy the Taycan for it's "technology" this is a huge issue in a $200k+ vehicle for me. Almost everything if not everything listed above has been around 10 years or longer. They smartly put climate control and heated seats as buttons on the brand new loaner Macan 4 EV they gave me and my phone hooks into the Carplay almost instantly and the screen is nicer than mine in a car costing half as much. The screen I understand its 4 years newer than my Taycan (but again screens have been around forever so I find that excuse lame) but if they PCM update attaches to my phone and loads Carplay half as fast as the Macan I'll be happy but the screens need to work 100% of the time! How they could not put this in a failsafe to reboot is beyond me.

Porsche service manager claims the PCM update they performed (RECALL #WPN9 PCM) will rectify my issues. Hope so but won't hold my breath...

Yes, there is, it is called a 2-finger reset.

This is known to happen but not very often.

I would do 4 things:

1. 2-finger reset:
2. Log out as the Main user and log back in
3. Remove any paired devices and add them back.
4. lock and walk away for 30 min with key away from the car.

I had this happen to me twice last year in relatively quick succession. Did the 2 finger reboot and it didn't work so locked the car and left for 10 mins and it then worked.

One of the times, I was just starting out on a long journey and needed the functions to work, in particular the sat nav.

That was about 8 months ago and not had it happen since. No idea what has changed, as the car has only just been back to Porsche for the brake recall last month, so it had not been back at Porsche since I got the car just over a year ago. Perhaps they did an OTA update, but perhaps that is wishful thinking.

Hopefully @garegin yours will resolve itself just like mine did.
