Any difference between Ebay and OEM key fob sides?

Looking to spruce up my slab grey key fob with colorful, or maybe carbon fiber, key sides. I called my local dealer and they quoted me $129. I looked online and see Suncoast parts, essentially OEM, has them listed for $119 (here), but Ebay has several listed for less than $25 (here and here). Has anyone seen/held/felt the difference between the OEM and cheaper alternatives? Is it worth spending the money on the OEM version? Thanks in advance!

Yes. The ebay ones are massively cheaper and there are some better designs.

I have a few eBay ones. Mine are great.

I picked mine up back in 21 off of amazon, they have been fine for the couple I ordered. The taycan key style is better then the 991/981/718 style, those caps the tabs easily break on the cheap ones.

ebay ones are thinner plastic, so can break easily. That said, it's worth the risk.

Mine came from Amazon. I've been happy with it. I only changed the sides, but this came with three pieces.
