I am buying my first Porsche, and my first electric car ever. In our country, the electric vehicle charging infrastructure is severely underdeveloped, so i will mostly be doing home charging.
I am going to import a used taycan from germany. 2021 models are way cheaper than 2022. Is there any huge difference between them? Are 2022 models more reliable?
Also, i heard that the 22kW charger is very defective, and i should look for a taycan that has the 11kW charger instead. Is that an over-reaction or should i really do that?
Is the range really that much of an issue? If i drive 150 km/h for example, is the real range 150km instead of the 370-400 km claimed?
I mean, if i buy a Taycan 4S, i don't want to drive it 100 km/h all the time just to save battery and not really enjoy what it has to offer.
Really would love to hear your experience and recommendations. Thank you so much in advance.
