There is no airflow from any climate control vent unless Max A/C is selected. Is this typical of cabin heater failure?

Roadside came out. It's the up/down diverter that's jammed. Just blowing air out under the dash. Too high up to reach. Off to Silverstone it went. Dash out job. Thid they've done this month he said.

Hopefully get it back before skiing. Be nice to have a ski trip without Taycan problems for a change.

Right well roadside were excellent. I told them it was super low priority as I was wfh and the car was in the drive.

When they got here (6 hours later as I said low priority) they had a really good go at getting it working but the up/down flap motor is miles up under the dash so was unreachable.

Brave lad drove it to Porsche (windows open for 40mins in 3Deg to stop it misting up!) and then they jumped at it. Third this month apparently and it's a ten hour job to do it as the dash has to come out completey. This was Monday.

Yesterday it was ready having had the dash out and 5 of the 7 motors replaced. Well it's a lot nicer place to be now!!! And no new squeaks or rattles either.

They even sent a taxi to pick me up so was only without the car for 3.5 days.

Great service from OPC Silverstone, p1ss poor quality from Porsche as the car has only done 70k miles.

So the laundry list so far is DCDC converter, AC OBC, both cooling fans, 5 HVAC servos, various battery software updates and the ongoing comfort unlocking problem which now sounds it's resolved.

In many aspects here my "unreliable" 8yo Model S Tesla has been far higher quality than the Taycan!! I'd have never believed that before I bought it!!
