Lost Smart Lift

My Smart Lift feature has completely disappeared.

I can still manually lift, but it no longer offers to save the location, and it never auto lifts either.

I saw some people say rebooting the PCM fixed this after taking an online update. I don’t have a reboot gesture on J1.2 - anyone else?

Try logging out on the PCM and then logging in. I've had to do this a few times when it forgets to lift on specific locations.

I tried that too - went to Guest and back.

I had that issue in my J1.1 and solved it by disconnecting the 12 volt battery for a few minutes.
It happened after the last service, a 6 year service incl brake pads

J1.1 here and it usually comes back on its own as it depends on the GPS signal.
Just make sure your map gets GPS signal and you have good data connection.
Assume, J1.2 has 4G modem while us with J1.1 making due with an LTE connection.
