The scenery is a pleasant local park (not as stunning as previous posts), but I experimented taking this at midnight using a photo technique called 'light painting'. Long exposures with extra random bursts of light from a flashlight, etc.

Nothing fancy, just a quick photo shot last week when on a quick drive with wife. Taken at the carpark for "hole in the rock" La'ie Point, Oahu.

If I may…. this photo would be much better, if it would be taken from lower position (on your knees), leaving more space on the left side (so this beauty wouldn’t be in a central position)….and, rule #1: always turn (all) lights on.

nice environment, but too many mistakes:
- composition (come closer, no need to take all “trash” arround)
- pillar from the roof???
- few steps to the right might give you better view angle?

but please, don’t take me wrong… I know it’s a snapshoot….i believe that you had great times on the trip!

No, just too hot being outside…so i was browsing here, ”killing” time, tryin to be useful (dealing with photography for more than 40 years)…. Afterall, it’s artistic thread, right?

Bit of a tangent artistically, but I think it qualifies.

Today was an unusually rainy day, and of course I noticed the amazing colours the Taycan glass roof produces with the droplets and sunlight.

Hope you enjoy this wonderful and simple feature of our cars...
