Why does a lack of a business agreement matter to Tesla? They profit from selling the KWHs to whoever uses them, right? So why couldn’t the “Charge Your Non-Tesla” function in the app be used to start a charging session at ANY Supercharger once the appropriate adapters are available?

Every EV loses power to some degree as SOC drops. Some mask the power drop better than others, but physics dictates that power will eventually drop as the battery voltage drops.

The results of the survey speak to the reputation and current state of non-Tesla EV DCFC infrastructure in the US much moreso they do to potential EV buyers' attitudes towards EVs themselves.
