It is so annoying when you buy such an expensive car and are sent pillar to post by "the system". I would still insist they fix it as a warranty item unless they can prove a direct correlation between the fault and the wrapping. The fact the official dealer already "worked" on the car should be...
oh how cool is all that... but it makes me wonder if all these locking down by manufacturers and not being able to repair things independently... feels like you are their prisoner forever? surely there must be some anti-competition law or something...
As everyone has already said, something is not right here. The most "not right" is that a Porsche centre is telling you this rubbish... Get them to confirm this in writing, investigate the true cause and complain bitterly to Porsche NL (or whatever thing you have in Europe).
My almost...
Just configured a similar car in configurator and it came to.... £162k!!!

I did think about it :-) But the car is beautiful, even being recovered. To be honest, it is either a price or a decreased supply that would start making some difference... I am a 2nd or 3rd cheapest on autotrader (used to be 5th or 6th), and the cars are slowly being hoovered up - so I am still...
well Porsche were sending recall letters to taycan owner's for oil filler caps. So this error must be related :-)

this feels me with fear what they will be charging when it's 100 000 miles or 8 years... mental..
for a record, I left the car 25% and went for almost two months' holidays. It retained its charge more or less...
WPK0 campaign did fix the 'mushy' brake pedal feel... It was accompanied by the break fluid bleed.
Not sure if it is the software or bleeding that solves the pedal feel. According to WPK0 description it is the software: "Optimized software is available for the Porsche Stability Management...
Dear friends,
We will leave the UK for a year, and I don't want the car to collect dust whilst we are away, hence the sale.
43k miles Turbo, with all bells and whistles apart from HUD: rear wheel steering, Burmester, noise/temp insulated glass, passenger display, PDCC, 21" Taycan special...
mine was making noise - so they took it off and did something to "extend"(expand?) the metal clips that hold it in place to make it more secure... maybe that's something to be considered if the problem persists?
40k miles/4 years Turbo.
90% battery state of health.
I had my share of problems with it (but I don't think these were mileage related). At some point I wanted to hand the car back to Porsche in exchange for another one - they had a few "cheap" pre-registered ones, but on contrast my...
well, I had had 7 visits to a dealer for maybe a total of 15 days in 4 months of owning the car, with one delivery on a flatbed. It is ridiculous, but my issues were not mysterious unexplainable/unfixable faults, mostly 'cosmetical'.
The dealer was prepared to replace the car with another one...
