Looking at the headlights, are they in black (LED-Matrix Design Headlights in Black incl. Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+))? If so, you have the hardware, and my assumption would then be the dealer needs to program it with PIWIS to enable functions.

Exterior Lights is where you should have the two Matrix options (page 149 and 150 in manual), and I see you have them. PDLS+ isn't configurable, but with automatic headlights enabled on the dashboard, around corners above 5 km/h you should see added front side lighting.
