Yea the reliability is not great. What makes it worse is Porsche doesn’t always know what the problem is and throws parts at it. To top it off the wait for approval and parts exacerbate the time in the shop. My Taycan spent a total of 12 months in the shop in a 26 month ownership. I have owned...
I think it would be a welcome addition as long as it’s a switchable item. Nothing wrong with adding a little more drama when you want some. Just shouldn’t be a forced option.
Just sold my 2020 Turbo and miss it quite allot. Even though it was a bear for me allot of times it was just so good. Moving onto something completely different now. However I will get another Taycan one day.
Automatic every time without question. It’s basically adaptive cruise but you don’t have to activate it. Provides the best efficiency as it lets you coast when you can and slows down automatically if you come close to another car.
Have to say this has never happened to me. I have had numerous Taycans and this has not occurred. This seems to be a huge non issue. As even if it did unlock it will lock by itself if you don’t open the door.
Not even sure why you would take the extra step of taking the key out of your pocket...
Just lock the car and walk away not sure what the problem is. If you happen to walk up to the car again it will unlock but if you don’t get in it auto locks. .
Supposably got the J1.2 in my car per the dealer. I have had it for a month now and it has only gone up since I’ve gotten it. I have taken the miles driven and checked it versus percentage used and it adds up to the same. I also drive more highway now then I did in the past so so far I’m pretty...
While not an owner of a model s plaid I was heavily considering one for my next car. Was going to make the opposite switch Taycan turbo to model s plaid. It was very high on my list until I actually drove it.
Visually I think the model s is a very good looking car. It’s not Taycan level but it...
Yes that is pretty much the standard cost of an alignment. Way beyond ridiculous had an alignment done 1 year ago and it still ate through my tires in that time. Once again Porsche trying to kill this cars future value.
Congrats and welcome. It ruins most cars for sure. Been trying to decide what’s next and been having a hard time with a great replacement. Plenty of things do specific aspects better however not much that do it all well.
That’s not a replacement rotor then that’s just a new braking system. It would be great if Essex or another company would produce these replacement rotors. Granted the market may not be huge for it right now.
