Got it- thanks so much. I have a Neptune Blue wrapped in SatinGuard… need to figure out what to do here Primer 94 is, I think, illegal in California now!
For the sedan height... you can set one of your shortcut diamond keys to just put you on "low" which is equivalent to sedan "regular" and you're off to the races. No need for a physical mod on that one.
My kids hate this so much. "BUT YOUR CAR IS BLUE DADDY AND IT'S BLUE ON YOUR PHONE!" Even my chevy bolt's infotainment shows the right color... the cars is $99/month.
My my22 turbo CT *aggressively* prevents rolling backwards when in drive or forwards when in reverse. I have a sleep driveway and am used to letting cars roll a bit, but not with the Taycan. It hits the brakes to the point that it’s jarring.
I have a MY22. Wireless CarPlay was a disaster, made the entire car’s interface (even outside of CarPlay) stutter and lag, and even playing music from Spotify etc. was hit or miss. *Wired* CarPlay works just as well as on any other car I’ve used. That is, 95% of the time all goes well, and...
Oh, and I have seen the off road appearance pack on a Neptune CT... it's actually pretty subtle and wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be, but I MUCH prefer it without. There is a line of trim that flows around the entire car and is actually nicely done. The off-road appearance stuff starts to look...
Hey there. I have a pretty similar spec on some of the colors, but Turbo (not S). My only suggestions would be to go with "exterior inlays in high gloss black" because to me the "gray" inlays look too much like silver. I also got the darkened rear PORSCHE logo and I like it. One other suggestion...
Here's how it turns out on a Neptune Blue CT, before and after, incase anyone wants that for reference. I've also included one additional picture showing the location of the most important screw (the one that threads directly into the side marker) because that didn't seem totally clear to me...
That is a great dog. Riker- our 8 year old cream golden who weighs about 65 lbs- likes his new CT so far… you can see him pretty comfy in the back here!
The very back is too short but he can easily stand in at least half of the volume (more near the back seat) and can fully lie down utilizing...
Ah, interesting... I've only had the car a few days so perhaps it won't be as salient a few weeks down the line. Also, I have the (pretty rudimentary and unimpressive) HUD so truly I'm the only one to blame.
Well... I accidentally hit a speed on the way home from the dealership that I really should not have hit. I won't even share the number. I blame it on the amazing suspension, acoustic glass, and the comfortable seats! When I turn on the sport sound I at least can tell I've laid down some power...
I think the one on the bottom is awesome... it looks kinda like the 911 wheels from the early 90s and makes it looks even more like a Porsche. I think the full black is not quite as fun and at first glance give you a little bit of a Model 3 vibe. About where I live lots of M3P are spec'd with...
OK... for what it's worth, when I unchecked interior sensors the box stayed unchecked and a false alarm hasn't gone off since. My SA also sent this advice: "Unlock the car, then lock it twice within two seconds and that will disable the interior sensors."
I think that's a pretty weird UI...
One to two hours of every day just turned from “blah” into “hell yes.” It’s fabulous and you’re going to love it. The driving is so perfect. Quiet and super easy when you want it to be, insane when you’re up for it.
Looks great! My SA also said he hadn't seen the alarm issue on any '22s but as we we were sitting there one went off in the showroom, hah! And then I got mine home and it started an hour later.
Finally she is home!
A few little quirks (had to disable interior alarm to stop it going off every 30 mins), a few disconcerting error messages on the way home, but it drives AMAZING. The rear wheel steering is a godsend, I'm going to need that on every car now!
