Agreed that it doesn’t block the view. But for those who are concerned, the headrest can be completely removed if needed by using a second, less obvious button, on the other side from the button used to adjust the height of the headrest.

Similar experience here in losing a couple settings. But mine only took 3.5 hours. About 300 miles since and no new issues that seem to have been caused by the upgrade.

I received a call back and was told to delete my EA account. There seems to be some intermittent communication issue between the two services when a ChargingNA user also has a EA account. I was skeptical, but deleting my EA account seems to have fixed the problem.
