Hello all South East UK Members
I am considering having the cheap looking plastic on the back bumper sprayed per the image below - £650 + VAT which seemed decent to me. Would anyone else be interested in clubbing together so we can achieve a group discount? Body shop is very very high end...
1. Why cancel now if you do not even have an allocation? You can defer the decision until the dealer tells you it's going to lock etc. Things may have changed by that point.
2. As has been said above - listen to the wife at all times!
3. Will you make use of it for the next 12 months or want...
I would love to get the rear bumper sprayed or wrapped - it really is a large piece of plastic that sticks out and cheapens the whole back.
Looks awesome - really love how unique these cars can look compared to each other even.
I go back and forth on this stuff but I think ultimately you have to try and be happy with what you have and enjoy it. There will always be people that have less than you AND MORE than you - no matter how well-off or poor you are, so just be considerate and live your life how you want to...
I commute into London in mine and would very unscientifically say that the Taycan and Range Rover are most common vehicles on the road. I probably don't register much else to be honest, but definitely see 10-20 each way every day (including those parked in Marylebone as noted above!).
So it turns out that a label had been installed over the cooling vent for the seat cooling fan. Fan overheated and burned-out. Bizarre first-world problem fault. Even though car was May 2022 and had colour options it is apparently due a major software update and new motor will take a week to...
First I have seen Gentian + Gentian Mission Es...love it. Looks really special. May have to swap-out the Turbo Aeros but cannot get my head around the range/efficiency loss...
Hi team, I drove through some very heavy rain on the motorway on Thursday and the cabin started to smell of burning...
Drove it the remaining few miles without incident, keeping windows open. Called Porsche assist (the AA in the UK) who came out, smelt the cabin and would not even turn it on -...
I just sold an X5 through CarWow for £5k more than WBAC - I would give them a go for sure as the dealers on there seem to pay attention to spec. Otherwise I have sold through Anthony James Cars before - sale/return basis. Highly recommend them - they do good pics, instagram etc.
It's a very decent 8/10 system (one in Panamera was 10/10) that brings me joy everyday, especially with certain tracks that feel crisper and more vibrant than real life. You don't need to be an audiophile (whatever that is) to appreciate it. But if you are like my in laws who only listen to talk...
8,000 miles in on a 2022 Taycan Turbo and no issues. Spotify can be slow but that's it.
Hmmm well apart from the fact that it occasionally slips into neutral in slow moving traffic. But that's it.
Well, apart from it occasionally switching itself back on after I've gotten out of the car, but...
No issue yet. What a crummy few days the weather has been in the UK! The real rub is we have a hose pipe ban so you cannot even (easily), clean the crud off in the breaks!
My issue is the volume of cheap plastic in the car. The door sills, the bottom of the B-Panels, the area between back seats and the side of the car. All cheap plastic. One great thing about the DB11 was that every surface you could see was covered in leather.
