car has been retuned to me Friday Evening and heater matrix has been replaced. Not great at communicating but all sorted in one week. Porsche Glasgow so far has provided the expected assistance I would from Porsche.

Called porsche, they collected the car within one hour. Straight to the bay to be looked at immediately. They will deliver the loaner tomorrow at my address. So far impressed by the e service. Hope they get this sorted in a couple of days… dream?
