When you tune, do I assume right:
No LC necessary anymore, as the car uses it "all the time" (given the time brackets).
Car feels "sharper" on throttle all the time.
Sport-chrono modes "only" provides different chassis-settings and different use of gear-box.
"It's one reason I never went the Tesla route."
"imo there's still way too much going on that distracts the driver"
Well, Tesla reminds you every like 3 seconds to keep your eyes on the road.
Even if you just check your speed.
The system got more and more restrictive over the years...
It's a usp of the new Porsche Taycan/ Panamera gen.
To me it would be a no-brainer, but hey: also a lot of discussions about this option and its price.
Effect on range should be close to non-existent.
Deal-breaker should be active-ride and the much better charging speed/ plateau already at 15 degr. Celsius.
No 22 kW charger available anymore, so no problem there ?
Overall a better car but also a lot more expensive.
I'd not go for the Turbo S on J1.2 anymore.
GTS with PCCB would do.
It's the direction most of the brands want to go: the (yet) illusion of full autonomous driving.
So: not driving anymore, rather watching movies/ play games.
To manifest marketing, they create cockpits aiming on that purpose.
Not Porsche. Theywent the right way, keeping it a driver's car with...
Having boost power all the time, also while driving 80 km/h already, should make overtaking more pleasant, should it?
Also over here in Germany, one can use all the power on the Autobahn.
Interesting:
Until 2 days ago, both memberships were without a monthly fee.
Just different kWh prices.
I was aiming for the upper one, including 0,39 for Porsche charging lounge, too.
Now this has a monthly fee of 16,99, while the other one is still free of monthly fees.
Pity...
The upper one...
