1) Correct
2) No confirmation, but it's unlikely at this point. The certificate isn't valid in the controller, and there doesn't appear to be a way to update each unit individually.
Unless Porsche quotes their rollout number somewhere, it's impossible to know. But numbers from Porsche are pure marketing drivel anyway. The 0-60 times quoted by Porsche are to help maintain the marketing difference between the trim levels.

Apple or Google changed something, so Waze often doesn't properly wake up from standby when used with CarPlay. It's really obvious when it happens, as your location will be wherever it was when Waze was tombstoned, and you can't interact with it on the screen. If you kill Waze on the phone (as...
I guess I'm the opposite, as I dislike LKA (other than when using Innodrive) and cars without LCA (or that don't have the indicators in or near the mirrors) are a no go for me.
I figured everyone uses like 12" of rollout on any standing start timing.
Mags like C&D usually list their rollout used when stating 0-60 and 1/4mi times.
I set it far enough back from where I need it that it works every time now. It'll even complain if you are going too fast, and if you slow down soon enough, it will engage.

Also, to the OP, if you do find a dealer, you should be able to get a printout of the dates with V-codes to see when the car would be expected. If the dealer can't give you that info...
Sounds like you'll probably be happy enough with just the 4. If you're replacing an SUV with the 4CT, then it's already likely to be a bunch faster and better handling.
Why is your 911 a C4S and not a C2? Similar answer. :D
You might be able to find a Taycan 4S or base Taycan without the upgraded interior to compare. Given how terrible Porsche leases can be, it'd also depend on what the MRM is on each of those models.
Did you push the lit up button (the white button in your comment) and then wait a few secs before trying to remove the plug? And was your car unlocked?
For EA stations, when I start charging it says "Taycan charging plan" and shows the correct charge before starting. It lists the charge is 0...
It's an indeterminate time to get from ship to dealer, because at a minimum, stuff has to get through customs. It took my car a few weeks to get off the ship and go 50mi to my dealer.
