Credits in europe are different than USA, you can't just buy them from Tesla. They need to be "earned" from your fleet of cars. So you sell some EVs, you earn "credits", that allow you to sell some ICE cars.; but by 2030, you would have to sell 5 EVs to be allowed to sell 5 ICE (which would still be affected by regulations on how much they can pollute, it's why the latest generation of 911s was rushed out the door, so they don't get affected by the increased regulations); and by 2035 you would have to sell 9 EVs for 1 ice - and that ICE would have to pollute a whole lot less - its why you see ferrari going big on Hybrids, because even if they manage to sell ICE, they still need to pollute less.Why not just buy EV credits from someone like Tesla
