Hi all,
After driving a '21 Taycan 4S years ago I somehow ended back at Porsche for a slightly faster and more desirable (imho) Taycan GTS. I found a '23 Taycan CPO Taycan and after a few days of thinking.. I bought it.
Having already owned a Taycan in the past I already struggled with the recalls and two defective heaters in the past. So.. I was prepared.
During the initial testdrive I did not notice anything strange.. however, when taking the car home after purchase my wife mentioned it was quite loud while sitting in the rear seats.. and gues what, she was right.
The car has a irritating noise starting at ~45 km/h up to ~90 km/h (after that it fades away in the road noise). So , after looking at this forum I found other people with exactly the same issue.. I'm afraid it's the drivetrain/gearbox so that's already a great start. Note: my 4s never had this nor does my buddy's Taycan. Issue #1.
When heading home the satnav decided it was no longer required to update the screens or just updating altogether and freeze. Issue #2
And to top it off.. my home charger (Porsche nonetheless..) decided to throw "initialization errors" all the time during charging.. As I use the same charger for my Tesla without issues this might be ... Issue #3
Good to be back at Porsche
