Anyone spec the "Paldao" interior trim? How do you like it?

I've always preferred the "warmth" (if that makes sense) of wood interior trim vs carbon fiber or aluminum. Never seen a Taycan or any other porsche spec'ed with this though. Curious how it looks in person.

in person it looks very nice and natural.

wife really wanted it, and it was almost impossible to find on the market. we only found 2 using a nationwide search over about 3 months.

so if you want it, definitely spec it and keep it long term.

I love the "private jet" feel it gives the interior. After five and a half years and 62k miles it looks new – no scratches or finish wear despite not being pampered. Here's an old photo (where I'm waiting to board the Auto Train, hence the taped on signs).

I have it and think it looks nice, especially with a lighter interior. But if I rest my arm on the driver door rest, the wood panel squeaks incessantly! Because these cars are pretty quiet, it gets annoying. I have another squeak somewhere on my driver’s side dash that is also bugging me.

This was an option I almost speced, but did not. And in retrospect, regret it. If I remember correctly, its a fairly inexpensive option (as they go).

With the Turbo S carbon fiber trim through out, I thought it would look mismatched.

The pic with the beige interior looks pretty good. That is basically my interior, though I had the door trim piece painted in the exterior color. I wish I had ordered the paldao.

Here's a few more pics including the center console and rear door. I had it on my first Taycan and loved it. I'd spec it every time if I was building a Taycan. Unfortunately, my current Taycan was an off the lot purchase, so no paldao. Personally, I much prefer it to the carbon, metal, or leather options.
