would like to know on the 14 way seats are they comfortable and do the seats fell if they are frim or soft? thank you.
Based on this and your other posted questions, I think the advice is pretty simple.

Go to dealership. Test drive several Taycans. Try out different features you are considering. Buy what you like. :like:

I'd test drive, as seat preference seems really subjective person to person. As a data point we wanted the massage function so got the 14 way and we couldn't be happier. We've cranked out 8-10 hour days on road trips and think they're really comfortable. I've tried the 18 way and found them equally comfortable, but without massage available.

Seats are highly HIGHLY personal preference. None of us have same bodies.
For me, the seats are supportive and seem to be just right for the maximum range of the car :) But I am also 6'5", so I am not exactly ideal height for most cars.
That all said, I never sat in a Porsche where I thought, "Oh, this is real comfy... like a couch." That is what XC90 is for :)
This is a hyper-personal preference, so don't kill me for it, but I do not like RaceTex seats in anything but seats where I wear 6-point (GT2 seats). We considered going RaceTex, and I got into 12 and 18-way seats. Did not like how the seat "held." To me, it was too Velcro-like. Try them in base, upgraded leather, and RaceTex. See what YOU like.

I echo other's advice on the value of an extended test drive, or even just sitting in the driver's seat at the dealership for an extended period of time.

I unfortunately had to return my Turbo S (with 18-way seats) to the dealer after I found that driving it for more than a few minutes created lot of soreness in my mid back. Apparently my test drive was not long enough to bring it out. No amount of seat adjustment could fix it.

I subsequently tried the 14-way seats in several other Taycans, but found that they all caused the same issue. The combination of the shape and the firmness of the seatback just to do not agree with my back. I have reluctantly moved on from the Taycan entirely as a result.

I found the 14 way really uncomfortable, enough that I would t have bought the car. Tried out the 18 way and they are perfect for me.

Going to repeat what others have said, it’s personal and you have to try them to find out which is better.

I usually adjust the seat about three times to fine tune it then store it. Almost never adjust more than three times. I don't view the additional cost prudent for an accessory most never use on a regular basis. Same for the "turbo" option. What am I missing?

The 18 way are very comfortable and supportive. Design and functionality are aligned to the Porsche purpose and experience. I find the base of the 18 way quite neat (I’m average height and build) so when I first sit in them I just need to adjust myself so that each bum cheek is in an equivalent position (if that makes sense). But once I’m set they are great. Also I find the seat to pedal alignment is slightly out, that is if I could get the seat a few cm closer to the door it would align better with the accelerator (I’m RH drive).

It is a very personal thing. I'm 6'5" so seats are very important to me. My previous Cayenne had the 18 way seats and I found them average on long trips, the side bolstering on the squab always seemed to irritate. I now have the 14 way with massage and would put them on a par with Volvo seats for back comfort. The massage is the key thing on a long trip, I do a full day drive 0500-2200 every month or two, and my back feels superb but I reckon I fire up the massage every 20 mins.

My wife's ID3 has a lesser massage function but even she raves about that and has stated that her next car when the lease ends in June must have massage seats. She finds after golf or a bike ride it makes a huge difference to her back driving home.

So in summary if you have a bad back or struggle in that area with comfort on long drives then go 14 way and massage for the best bet at comfort. It could be a height thing but the fore aft movement on the headrest is also a game changer for my back, I have it fully forward and I think it helps get my spine curved the right way too which must help.

Try to do a reasonable drive in all of them if you can and see how you feel afterwards.

I just came out of an M8GC and into the Taycan with the 14 way comfort seats.

The Taycan seats are significantly more comfortable. The M8 comfort (and suspension) is one of the reasons I got out of the car.

For me, having the added comfort, the massage function, and a generally smoother and softer ride, makes the neck breaking speed all the more enjoyable.

I'm amazed at how many people find the 14 ways to be too firm. Compared to my 992 with sport seat plus, the 14 ways in my Taycan are downright plush. They feel like luxury car seats to me. The 18 ways are comfortable as well, but they are harder to get in and out of the car due to the taller side and thigh bolsters.
