CarPlay mini map under steering wheel?

I just moved from a Macan 4S to Taycan CT 2025 and I don't know whether it's a bug or just how it behaves but I can't get the CarPlay mini map inside the dash when navigating. I like having the Birds Eye view there to gauge traffic to see about alternate routes and the turn-by-turn on the main display. It was handy to have it on the Macan

Right, on the Macan EV you have both map and directions, in the Taycan it only supports direction arrows on HUD/Dash right circle and HUD

I’ve never seen the Carplay mapping, including direction arrows, on other than the central console screen

Hopefully with the 2027 Taycan software updates the maps would become visible.

Not supporterd. A Macan EV is using different hardware/software. Basically next gen. Taycan has yet to be updated to the hardware platform.
