Hard reset of PCM is likely disconnecting PCM from power. It can be done by pulling fuses to PCM or instrument panel. Disconnecting 12 volt battery would also have the same effect.

So the dealer ordered a part from Germany, which arrived yesterday. But they also saw that Porsche just released a new PCM update, so they applied that, which took a long time they said. After that, they were able to use my credentials to log into the car (finally). So they didn't end up needing the part, but if someone else has a problem, and 12V battery disconnect doesn't work, a visit to the dealer to get the latest software might help.

Podarilo sa vám problém vyriešiť?
Môj Taycan GTS z roku 2025 s najnovším softvérom 4360 nekomunikuje so serverom Porsche. Nemôžem sa prihlásiť s novým účtom, nemôžem spustiť online rádio a v aplikácii nevidím aktuálny stav vozidla.
