@Seattle996 Great you were able to take advantage! I never took them off for service. They aren’t a suspension part IMHO since they only trigger the sensor. Car looks great!

They do affect how the suspension acts. The Service advisor I asked said they would void any suspension related parts if you have lowering links installed. Up to you if you want to take them off for any service as they can make a note if they notice you have them installed and possibly void any future warranty claims to suspension components.

Im new to this site but was wondering if anyone has maybe wanted a little bit more lowness lets say and trimmed the bump stops down to achieve that and not get the annoying noise of the car hitting them
Bro, it's not a civic.

Btw if you lower it and then hit something, the battery only needs a small dent, and if it's a J1.1 the car will be totaled.

Also, if your insurance finds out they might void the claim, and this is an actual legit reason to do so.

If you want to drop it like 10mm you can just do that using PIWIS. You re-calibrate the suspension controller and lie a little bit about the height. There are also 3rd party modules that go in between the plug of the suspension controller and slightly alter the values from the sensors.
These days they have an app to control them, where you can just switch them to bypass mode.

This mechanical way is quite silly IMO, because all of this can be done electronically.

I know that there is a company called "CETE" that makes them, but it's quite expensive for what it is.
Most likely there are others as well.

What would generally still be accepted for lowering a CT? 10mm? I guess warranty/approved cannot be taken away by lowering the car to say the level of ST or sedan?

Sure it can. You are modifying the car - warranty void. Technically the approved is not a warranty, it's an insurance with certain terms.

Until MY2023 yes. MY2024 and up you need Piwis to unlock SFD2.

I have VCDS and used it to level my 2022 Audi SQ7, it's pretty straight forward.

I was under the impression that VCDS did not work at all on Porsche. I am about to purchase a 2022 4SCT and would like to code vs links. Any more information on this?

I have been able to do in on Audi aswell but wasnt able to it on the Porsche. Either not all the blocks are available or I wasnt able to find them (They are in German for this car).
