The cost was nearly £900 when mine was done £300 parts! Fortunately a warranty claim but car off road for 2 weeks, no loan car? Had to borrow another smaller car to go to France, amend ferry tickets buy petrol etc and PCGB offer just over £400 +vat ‘goodwill’ didn’t even cover costs and I have to book another ferry trip as couldn’t borrow or hire large estate to transport stuff. Fed up with poor customer service and inadequate‘compensation’ - not to mention recalls!!!Correct, it's the PCM software update.
Mine was done as part of a different service recently and definitely did require 2 weeks. My car was only in for 3 working days total (was supposed to be 1-2, but they had some techs called out due to illness, they warned me before I dropped it off in case I wanted to reschedule instead), and it wasn't even included in WPN9 until towards the end, so they added it to the service (because of that they were still finishing when I showed up to pick it up). Not sure if WPN9 perhaps requires different amount of work for different cars? Mine is a MY23 and the invoice for campaign references "campaign scope 2", was yours a different scope perhaps? It also listed no parts for this campaign. What were the parts listed for your WPN9 campaign? The cost was nearly £900 when mine was done £300 parts!
