Hi all, just left the in laws and whilst reversing over their drive drain there was some scraping followed by a cracking noise. Then spotted this which I don’t think was on the floor previously.
Any thoughts, passenger side around 12” from wheel arch under side skirt.

Yep, this is the jack pad rubber. This is meant to receive the jack pad to lift the car. There are 4 of them, 2 on each side front and back.
So not a disaster, will mention at next service I guess. Probably at least £250 for a small plastic screw :)

Thanks!

As said it is a Jack pad support.
You should be able to google the part number easily. I have done the same a few times but ordered new ones and put ghen]m in place. About 20 Euros a piece if I remember correctly

They are push fit using the split centre spigot. It’s hard to tell from the photos if the spigot is broken. If it’s OK, then just push it back in place.

Thanks, unfortunately that has been snapped off. Don’t suppose they sell those individually.

As others said, it is easily replaced jack pad located at each jack point.

SunCoast in the US quoted me $35 before tax and shipping. I got it from the dealer for $38. I will be replacing one as a cosmetic fix after removing a wheel.

Unbelievably, and only this morning!! Ive just discovered a similar problem. I took advantage of the New year sale at Quickfit and booked in for 4 new Goodyear Eagle 21,s. About 25 minutes after I left the car in, the manager phoned me to say that they would not be able to jack the car up because the passenger side jacking block was missing! I was straight on to Porsche who can't fit a new one until 7th Feb!

But you can easily fit one yourself. Get one from Porsche or any other shop that supplies parts for Taycan. Unless you have some damage in the area where the part should sit?
