My '22 4S heater is dead as well - it just blows cold air with no errors reported. I live in California, so it may have been dead a while and didn't notice. First appointment with a loaner car is 4 weeks out. The service person mentioned they have had a few of these reports recently. At least I have seat heaters...

I brought my car in to the dealer to get this repaired today and it looks like they need to do the big PCM update as well. Unclear how long the overall process will take but I'm not super optimistic given everything I'm reading in these threads. Will be a major bummer if the car's out of commission until January :(

2021 CT4 heater just failed last night for me too. Being told about 4-6 weeks to fix.

My dealer just gave me an update. Apparently fixing this might improve the power to the vehicle as well in some manner? I couldn’t get more specific details but I’ll try to chat with the technician when I pick it up tomorrow (they’re doing the PCM update). They’re ordering the part and cleared me to drive the car in the meantime.

Hi guys. Same problems here with heat pump on 2021 4s.

Yesterday evening I was driving and the air started becoming cold... after 30minutes it started warming up again.

this morning I started my day (with2 trips of 130km/each planned). It commenced working after 20/30minutes, same in the way back.
Maybe a problem on some temperature sensor ? Anyone had same issue working/not working randomly?

So the other day, when it was -10, my heater stopped working. The fan was blowing, but it was blowing cold air. I tried restarting the car, and I charged it up to 80% overnight, thinking something might reboot. No luck. Seemed to me that the heating element somehow fried. Brought my car into the dealership without an appointment. They were awesome. Took the car and even found a demo for me to take so I would have a car to drive. Next day got a call that it was indeed the heating element. Had to be replaced but it was on back order. No idea when I would get my car back. Could be a month or more. Thank goodness I can rely on my dealership, they have always been awesome to deal with (unlike some others I have read about in various posts). I have a car to drive while I suffer like so many others from the world wide supply chain debacle. Has anyone else experienced issues with their heaters?
The heater function in the Taycan is simply not fit for purpose; my heater matrix was replaced in January and the car has now been off the road a further 3 times since the beginning of November, totalling 29 days, for exactly the same problem.
It is a Worldwide problem and Porsche assist told me “thousands are being recovered”
- 40 alone at my local Porsche dealer.
The inside of my car froze solid while driving it recently,

Apparently some dealers are ahead of the ball. My preferred dealer (Porsche Barrington outside of Chicago) has the HV part in stock in anticipation of a bunch of these failed heaters and had my car fixed in one day.

Won’t be able to pickup till Thursday though due to the holidays. Still impressed though, thought this would be weeks.
