Also got ARB7 OTA. No issues on download/installation. Interestingly, my dealer had just told me a few days before they had no info from Porsche when it would be available. I called them and told them it had been taken care of OTA, and they were thrilled. Apparently I was their first, and they were relieved they weren't going to have to deal with it.
Porsche...German for "no communication."
ARB7 is not the first successful OTA campaign for Taycans, but as far as I know it is the first campaign with notification letters and originally planned to be (at least according to notification letters) a shop campaign, which turned into OTA campaign. Someone at Porsche engineering pulled off an unexpected win.

ARB6 Software update installed last month. Initial evaluation after install was "all looks good". Two weeks later, I got a Yellow Electrical Warning and I am now waiting for two cells (9&13)(backordered). It looks like the software is doing its job. Such a shame, my range on my '22 CT4 is 235 miles at 80%.

But reassuring yes? The software is doing what it is supposed to do...

Could you cover steps taken since you got the Yellow Electrical warning?
Did that warning state "inspection required"?
Did dealer have to look at your car to determine which modules needed replacement?
Is the module replacement going to be done at your dealer, or will your HV battery be sent to another facility for repair?
Did you have the option of keeping your Taycan until the parts arrive, or is it waiting at the dealer?
How long has it been since the dealer visit? When is expected resolution?

Porsche Taycan High Voltage Battery Recall EXPANDED - ARB6 & ARB7 1755825451520-r8

I took it to the dealer. The lead tech ran diagnostics. It showed problems with Module 9 (I didn't ask what issues it showed). He sent the data to Germany for a readout and Porsche came back and confirmed Module 9 and told him he would need to replace Module 13 also.

The repair will be done at the dealer facility. The modules are on back order it could be end of Sept before they get to the dealer.

They are keeping the car. While it is not a RED warning, it could turn into one (Murphy's law). Once they diagnose, they accept liabilty for the car and keep it. I don't need to be driving back and forth across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and have it fail on the bridge.

Dealer dropoff and diagnosis was 10 days ago. Possible resolution by end of September.

I really like my CT4. It is a very good spec and not like anything I have not seen elsewhere CPO'd.
I'm in it for the long haul. Hopefully these cells are the only bad ones.

@356B -
Was there any unusual charging event you can recall that may have triggered the error?
E.g. high speed charging to 100%; low state of charge; or some other unusual charging event?

Nothing unusual.
95% max charge twice on Level 2 charger at home. CCS charging settings in PCM were set to optimize and never exceeded 124 KW/H and only to 80% max.. 95% of charging was on level 2 to max and normally set to 80% max with the exception of the two times to 95%.
Prior to software install, no electrical errors ever.

The ARB6/7 diagnostic software may be doing what it's supposed to, but it fails bigtime as an actual "remedy" for "High voltage battery may short circuit".

The owner above who got the yellow service necessary warning loses use of his Taycan for at least six weeks for actual repair, primarily due to waiting for delivery of "backordered" battery modules.

Taycan owners get to wait because Porsche is saving money by minimizing its repair part inventory costs. At least in this case the HV battery is not being removed and shipped to a repair contractor in Oklahoma which would take even longer.

Nothing about this is "reassuring."

(And getting a non-Taycan loaner doesn't make up for any of it.)

Since Porsche has sold over 156,000 Taycans, what would you propose doing differently?

If they are so confident in these batteries "fixed" via software, which is bullshit, why not extend the warranty to 12 years, so costumers would also be confident?

Reality is, as soon as the battery hits 8 years, and the software from ARB6 go red error, they will ask you to pay out of pocket, despite it being an issue from way before, covered by multiple recalls - because they never fixed the hardware, aka replace it, but they only put a warning mechanism in place.

The UK Porsche Approved warranty extension has been amended to cover HVB defects past 8 years.
The online info has not yet been updated. I’ll nag them about that sometime, plus issue of amended terms for warranties already in place.
My understanding is that the change happened first in Germany. Others may want to check with their importer.
