For those Taycan owners coming to Cornwall this summer you will be pleased to find 9 new Ionity chargers at Bodmin just after the A30 next to McDonalds. They are finishing installing them now! They are on Zapmap. If you fancy meeting up I am just nearby with my CT4S 2023.

Let's hope it doesn't take them another 6-12 months to energise. Frimley, York and Greenock have variously been "in construction" for the better part of 18 months.

Leicester Hilton has been in the making for a very very long time.

Some positive news Ionity Manchester is now open and I've been a few times and it's empty so the speed is very good 10%-80% in less than 20 minutes. First time this has actually happened

Thanks Dave, that’s great news and opens up Cornish trips to us in the Taycan (4S CT also) from North Somerset. Shame about the McDonalds - never was a fan of a Chicken Muck Sandwich

My regular cornwall trips are london - Penzance so i stop at Cullumpton as i think Bodmin is just a little too early / late in my trip! I'll keep an eye on it in June when next down though!!

Solstice services also has fast chargers, albeit Gridserve so more expensive.

Yes - i tend to use Cullumpton even though limited chargers but much better options for refreshment for 20 mins!
