I got a few hundred dollars from a Porsche class action settlement a couple years ago.

Looks like pretty much ALL 20-24 Taycans are in the group. Per this email I received last August:
There’s currently nothing you need to do to “join” the lawsuit; in a class action, if you meet the class definition below, then you will automatically be considered for potential compensation and any other relief if the lawsuit reaches a settlement or favorable resolution.

The current class definition is “all persons in the United States who own, owned, lease, and/or leased a Class Vehicle.” The “Class Vehicles” are the impacted models named in our lawsuit, specifically, the 2020-2024 model years of the Taycan, Taycan 4S, Taycan Turbo S, Taycan 4 Cross Turismo, Taycan 4S Cross Turismo, Taycan S Cross Turismo, Taycan GTS, Taycan GTS Sport Turismo, Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo, Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo, and Taycan Turbo.

I don't think that's quite right based on my history with PAG class action settlements. I am referring to the dieselgate and emission tampering. I got north of $2k on the three 911's I owned during the relevant period. While its not time to retire, it isn't pennies.

I considered it for my Range Rover in the UK, they sent me a contract to sign which said they took out insurance which should cover you in the case of a counter claim but if it didn’t then you would be liable. Don’t need the stress.

I made a nice chunk of change on a pretty big talent colluding class action lawsuit against all the big Silicon Valley companies 10+ years ago. I had no idea it was happening until I got a check mailed to me and thought it was some scam
