On my 23 GTS ST, I have the 21” wheels and, according to the PCM, the proper partial-load pressure is 39 front / 38 rear. Despite Inflating the tires to those values, and selecting 21” summer tires in the TPMS settings (and allowing the vehicle to complete measurement), the car still shows pressure differentials of between -4 and -6 PSI (resulting in regular low pressure warnings). It is as if the car isn’t accepting the recommended pressures for 21” summer as selected in the PCM, and instead using some other value. I’ve tried to select a different wheel\tire combo and have the car “learn” those pressures, but the learn process never seems to complete. Strangely, it only completes when I use 21” summer. Any ideas?

Give it a day or so. When I swapped out the 20’s for the 21’s on Friday I had the Same issue but by Sunday it was reading correctly but the lower number has never been accurate. For example, I have 3 different temps on the 4 corners on the last drive yet the lower says -1 for all corners. Porsche does seem to have an inordinate amount of difficulty solving the simplest technology issues, it’s embarrassing.

Did you check to see if Full Load is activated in the PCM under tire pressure monitoring ?

Go to settings, vehicle, tire pressure monitoring, next option is check mark for full or partial load activation.

Please disregard if you already checked this.....

Full load is not checked. The pressure readouts exactly match my handheld gauge, which exactly match the recommended pressures for 21” Summer, as shown in the pcm, but the deviation screen is still showing -4 to -6 for all four tires (which sets off the alarm).

Within the setting you can modify the target pressures. I’d suggest changing those, make them all 37 lbs, for example, and see if that forces a reset of the variance calc.

that would be exactly what I’m looking for, where is that setting?

Could this be because the difference in temperature to the reference temperature? I am not so familiar with psi readings, but in degrees C the reference is 20 degrees. I would trust the pressure difference screen and fill the tyres so that they are 0ed.

Sadly I was remembering a different car, those settings do not appear to be changeable on the Taycan.
