Thanks for sharing this! My car is in route to Emden showing arrival for 4/29 with on vessel on 5/6. Does anyone know if transport to Emden is underpromised? my processing port is Houston and the schedule shows 5/13 and 5/18 for my port. I don't see how my car will make it to Emden in time for those dates. Is there another schedule to show late May/early June delivery?

getting to Emden takes 2 days at most. So that date looks reasonable to me.

i think the problem will be getting on a boat. My TYD on vessel on 4/22, but its still sitting in Emden. Others reported that it took them a month to get one.

Darn. Hopefully yours gets on a boat soon or TYD is delayed in showing you an update. Good luck!
We’ve been waiting since Oct so hopefully it doesn’t take a month to get on a vessel.

My TYD just got updated with an estimated on vessel date of 5/13 and dealer delivery by 7/1. So another 2 week delay. I wonder if this has something to do with the Benicia port fire, as the next few boats that sail to US west coast don’t stop there.

My 4S CT is estimated to be delivered to Porsche Bellevue also on July 1 - I wonder if we're on different boats, since my "On Vessel" date is showing as 5/6, instead of 5/13.

Which US port are you arriving at, according to TYD? Mine says Benicia

Also Benicia. My original on vessel date was 4/22. What’s your Emden date and entry port dates on TYD?

entry port for me is 6/10 and at emden since 4/12

Mine got updated similarly, but I am bound for San Diego. Looks like there is a lot of backlog or the shipping schedule got changed.

I would be surprised if there was a backlog, given the fact the factories were mostly closed during March.

I also wonder how accurate TYD is when comparing the dates between myself and @pnw-ev-nerd

True, but the Felicity Ace fire also removed a whole ship from the fleet, so maybe they're backlogged because of one less shipsworth of shipping capacity?

Guess I will jump in the thread, since TYD shows my Cross Turismo 4s arriving at the dealership in the end of June. Was originally scheduled for the end of May, but we all know that story.

Details and dates as follows.

Allocation secured with dealership: January 25th, 2022
Production lock date was originally the beginning of March, 2022.
Production start date: April 22nd, 2022
Production completion date: April 28th, 2022
Emden arrival date: May 2nd, 2022
Estimated on vessel date: May 13th, 2022
Estimated entering port channel date: June 3rd, 2022
Estimated port processing in Houston: June 3rd, 2022
Estimated en route to Porsche dealership: June 17th, 2022
Estimated arrival at Porsche Dealership: June 24th, 2022


Edited to reflect that my car is now sitting in Emden waiting for transport to Houston.
