I have only owned this car since the new PCM uPdate but I am not sure if this is the norm. While using Carplay I noticed the album art on the passenger display is blurry as hell. Is this just how it is?

Also, I noticed the ambient light will not come on until it is fairly dark outside. Does it have some sensor it uses to turn the lighting on and off? My BMWs and Audi just always have their ambient lights on.

Mine in the beginning of September. Funny, I hadn't received notification except from the Porsche Newsroom. I had three recalls for other items and I had done the major software update last year so I took mine in for the two year inspection and those. I was going to wait on the new uPdate while the bugs were being worked out, but told them to go ahead with it because I could no longer use my app.

Haven't used my MY21 car much since the update. However, got flickering passenger display for first time tonight. Interested in thoughts – seems unlikely to be suddenly a hardware fault, right ?

Starting a long road-trip next week – and my co-driver really likes the passenger display – hope it fixes itself!

Hope it works out let us know how the mileage goes. Sort of sounds like a hardware problem to me ( or a loose connector) not a software problem.

Is the middle option – unlock all doors in direction of approach – a new option with the recent software update ?

I still would prefer the option: "Only front door's".

Coming from a 21. Noticed as I was parallel parking that the camera moved as I turned the wheel. Kinda neat

Keyless entry has stopped working
No option in the pcm to active open doors on approach
As usual dealer says that has never happens before

My CT4 is in for ANA6, update is complete and I’ll be picking up tomorrow. The My Porsche app is showing the car still in Private Mode, and I recall some folks having issues coming out of Private Mode.

If the service technician (or the install process) has put the car in Private Mode, can the service technician bring the car back out of Private Mode or must a non-guest user authenticate via PIN or Porsche ID + password in order to do this?

The service tech should put the car in private mode for the update and then take it out of private mode before handing it over to you.

Mine is March 22 built and still needed minor update. I pick up the car today and the was in private mode. I just follow instruction on PCM, ,reconnected the phone and re-authenticated via PIN and Porsche ID + password.

It is great to hear about all the positive experiences (with some minor niggles perhaps) from this uPdate. Mine is going in on Monday and I have been hesitant to have the update done. I need the car for quite a long trip latest Thursday next week. The service guys are confident and believe that it will solve all the quirks I have experienced in the PCM. I think they hve changed nearly all parts bar the screens and cables by now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Is anyone having this issue after the uPdate?

No matter which route I ask Navigation to plot, a charging plan cannot be calculated. Instead I am left with "Calculating Charging Plan..." and a spinning loading wheel for the entire duration of the journey.

This also means I get no predicted percentage charge at destination, making long journeys very painful to plan.
