New charging error on Tesla charger

I have a Tesla Tap and Tesla charger which were charging my Taycan fine for last few months. Now I get an almost immediate charging error and halt to charging.
Anyone have same issue or ideas to correct? Powering off the charger didn't work.

Error reported in car dash/PCM or at EVSE - assume former? And what exactly is being posted in the error?

Per reply above, we need a bit more data. Is there an on screen code at the car side, or just the red error on the Tesla wall connector.

FWIW, I've been using THIS ADAPTER on my 2021 Taycan without any issues. Also works great on my wife's Volvo XC40 Recharge, and was tested on other cars that friends have visited with. This is with a V3 Tesla WC.

It’s actually the Porsche app that indicates a charging error and the car isn’t charged the next morning.
