That is what is expected. How about Goodyear? I went from Pzeros to Goodyear Asymmetric 5. Just a tad, a tad less grip and slightly, just slightly more road noise than the Pzeros. BUT...they last 2-3 times longer. I got squeezed out 12k on the Pzeros. Going on 19k miles on the Goodyears with about another few k until I start brushing the wear bars in the rear.
PZero’s are well known for grip. Downside is they wear faster and since they are “stickier” they also result in a higher kWh consumption. So it really is a balance that only you can decide upon.
I have the GY Asymmetric 5 and they suit my use for long distance driving well. I have never felt them wanting for grip either in dry or wet conditions.
