Any reason why my vehicle may have fallen off of TYD? When I tried to re-add it, it acted like I already had the car and wanted me to sign up for all the wireless services. Now the car shows up in My Garage, but I can't track its progress through production. It's been at Emden for like 10 days supposedly, last time I was able to track it.

You have to access it via the welcome to TYD email. It broke a few weeks back and I’ve called and they can’t fix it

That worked! Interestingly, on 10/18 it stated "Arrival Emden Port" as complete, and now it states it at happened today on 10/18. I guess it never was at the port this whole time.

TYD has just been giving me umbrella man the entire time, sadly haven’t been able to track anything except through the dealership.

Called the 1 (800) 767-7243 number and they confirmed that there’s an ongoing issue with the welcome email for TYD. Seems this email is required for activating TYD accounts, so they have to do some manual activations on their end that will take about a week.

I got on Sunshine Ace today per TYD. Which means 11/18 in port at Houston. Meaning the original 11/19 delivery in Austin seems to track better than my updated 12/2 delivery.

Given some port prep and transport and holidays I’d expect 12/2 though.

I too got on the Sunshine Ace today, Houston, then north to Colorado. Yesterday my delivery date was pushed back to 12/2 from 11/26. I'm just happy to be on the Ace.

It looks like Sunshine Ace is actually headed to Jacksonville (arriving 11/14) prior to Houston? That may explain why my date was delayed.

Mine is on Siem Aristotle but supposed to be delivered to Jacksonville (I'm doing PEC-ATL). Showing delivery of 11/11 on TYD.

We got on Sunshine Ace as well. Ive been silently lurking on here watching the various delays and shockingly have not experienced the same. We switched from a Macan preorder list to the Taycan CT in May. Car went into production about a week ago, went right to Emden and got on the Ace 2 days later. The TYD has been spot on from the start. It and the dealer both said right after Thanksgiving and that looks to be about right. We're in Fort Lauderdale so it shouldn't take too long to get here from Jacksonville, about a 6-7 hour drive. Question is how long does it take cars to be released to a carrier from the entry port.

On a side note, I work in supply chain for a large manufacturer and we've been seeing a large loosening of shipping lane availability and the costs have dropped significantly. I'm not sure how, or if, that relates to the car carriers but if would seem from where Im sitting that portion of this process is improving. Ironically, I used to work in Davisville, RI where a lot of the NE cars get delivered. I literally used to watch them unload and drive the cars to the prep areas on my lunch break!

Potentially good news for us losers still waiting for a boat. Looks like the next east coast ship, Siem Cicero, won't get to Emden until 11/7 (whereas the shipping schedule says 11/2). This is according to vesselfinder.com. Even though this is a delay, it's good for me and anyone else whose completed car is not at port of Emden yet as it buys a little more time to get on that boat. Otherwise, next ship scheduled for Davisville is Confucius on 11/14... another week out.

I am also leaving for Switzerland for vacation this Tuesday. Since I'll be learn a little German on the plane, maybe I should swing over to Zuffenhausen and see what the hell is taking so long? Any sponsors? ?
