Plug and Charge Issue

Anyone having an issue with plug and charge. I understand there is a system wide issue that Porsche is trying to correct. When you try to use this function the EA screen reads Payment Declined.

on the other forum where you posted that your salesman told you that it was an EA issue, porsche wouldn't be in the loop if it is an EA issue

My salesman did not tell me it was an EA issue. He said it was a Porsche software issue.

If you don't rely on what salespeople say that's your prerogative. I've know mine for a decade and he happened to be a friend so yes I rely on what he says. BTW the plug and charge is working again. Just charged with no issues.

Hm, just went for my third free session at the local EA station, and this time it didn't start charging but offered guest or member access. Opening the EA app and tapping the phone didn't do anything, so I ended up paying $8 to charge from 30 to 80%

Car yes, charging app (EA) no - worked twice, didn't work the third time, all at the same charger.
