Porsche Connect Down?

Last week I lost my login (2nd time) and the accounts menu disappeared (2nd time). First time it came back on its own after about 24-48 hours.

This time I lost it Tuesday morning and it’s still not back; contacted SA last week and he said the Porsche Connect Servers are down and they don’t expect them back up until later this week.

Anyone else having issues?

I had my PCM computer replaced, got the car back on Thursday, noticed on Friday that the app doesn't connect. It claims the car is in private mode, although the car itself claims it is not. I have toggled the private mode few times, signed in and out of the app and the car, but it remains disconnected. If all the communication is always relayed through the Porsche servers this would explain the issue. Still, it is somewhat frustrating. I have yet to reach out to my SA about this, though.

I picked up my car about a week ago. This morning I got notified of infotainment update 5.2.16. It seemed to install in a few seconds. Has anyone identified any changes to the PCM as a result? More stable, less stable, no noticeable change? It would be amazing if Porsche kept release notes on the web somewhere like software companies do. If anyone from Porsche reads this, please give us more information about these updates.
