Porsche NACS Adapter Delivery Time

Got my Taycan in September. It’s a 2025, so free adapter for NACS, but I have to sign up for it. Got the email and submitted that first week October.

Still not received.

How long is it taking to receive these?

Submitted 2 forms, Sept 9 and 15, nothing so far.. contacted porsche and they said i will get notified when it's on the way - weird!

did you try your dealership, to see if they have any in stock? They might be able to get them easier than you can...

I also ordered mine on the first day, September 9th, and just got word yesterday that mine will be delivered via FedEx on Monday October 27th.

(At least I think that's what is being delivered. There has been no official word from Porsche - just a notification from FedEx that a 3 lb package from Porsche will arrive Monday.)

I received the email for 2 different vehicles that were purchased 4 months apart. Emails were about a week apart but I received my first adapter about 3 weeks after the first email. Second email, silence and I emailed support the other day. Like someone else said, support just said it’ll come when it’ll come. Not in a rush but weird it’s taking longer for the second one.

It seems that Porsche just got them back in stock a couple days ago. At least according to the online store.

5 weeks and still waiting. I called PCNA last week, they were no help whatever. Their basic response was "It's free, quit bitching, you'll get it when you get it." Only trouble is - I bought my car after the announcement of the adapters being included, so it's actually part of what I bargained for when I bought (well leased, actually) the car. PCNA couldn't care less.

My dealership has quite a few in stock. I'm sick of waiting so I just bought one. Maybe they'll give me credit when and if I finally receive one from PCNA.

FedEx tracking info ready within few hours later !

Hey folks - I also filled out the original form for the free adapter and never heard a peep from Porsche since - not even a confirmation email!

But it just arrived today. Woo! I hope you all receive yours soon.

My adapter arrived yesterday, 10-27-2025. I ordered it the same day that I received the email notification (09-09-2025) and received an auto-reply the same day but nothing since then.

A few minutes ago, I received an email with the following information with slightly more attractive formatting. The email includes details about use of the adapter and networks like Tesla's that offer the NACS adapter. BTW, the adapter is a pretty hefty piece of kit.

(Sharp-eyed observers will realize that the Taycan GTS in the photo is my original 2023, not our current 2025 GTS, which my wife and I obtained as part of a special program that appeared to have the objective of increasing sales. Key useful day-to-day improvements include greater range and, with active ride, the car lifting when the driver/passenger doors are opened to facilitate ingress/egress, which is useful when we're driving friends and family members not used to the 911-like level of access. I haven't had an opportunity to enjoy the highly desirable increase in HP. It's a great car to own and drive.)
