Hi , I have a 4ct incoming , I would like to get full PPF for the car . I asked around and people seem to have different prices and different products. Have anyone in this forums did the full car PPF and how much it cost ? What brand and what kind of warranty did you get ? Location is Long Island NY . Thanks in advance

I'm interested as well.
I've had my Taycan for 6 months now and have noticed some chips in the paint. Before the Xpel is installed, do they normally touch up the paint?

I did a full car PPF (SunTek Reaction) here in Mamaroneck for about $6k (I think, it was a while ago). It's a 12 year warranty.

No. I had it performed when new. Delivery straight to installer.

Pricing will vary pretty widely…especially when paint correction is involved. $5-10K would probably cover it. The key is to get word of mouth and see some of the work from the shop you choose. Picking solely based on price is risky. Ideally you will find someone that has done Taycans before. The rear of the car is tricky. A great installer will do awesome paint correction and do certain panels with one piece of PPF instead of two.

I did full PPF on my 2020 Turbo. $8000 from the dealer. I would want the installer to use full sheets rather than the precut.

I got the full PPF on my Taycan about a month after I bought the car ($7K in the San Francisco Bay Area) and boy, am I glad did. A few days ago I noticed some abrasive “stripes” on the right side passenger door. It looks like someone brushed my car with theirs while parking. Luckily, there was no damage to the underlying aluminum door panel or paint--the PPF took the brunt of the abuse. I'll have to replace the PPF at some point to the tune of a few hundred dollars, but that sure beats having to repaint the right rear passenger door.
