The sales guy knew the issue with the visual defect on the day it was delivered, and was made aware of the heater issue as soon as we noticed. What a disgrace. They should be falling over themselves to put it right and stick you in something nice immediately. It's this sort of customer service that's putting me off the brand rather than the problems ive actually had with my car.
You may well have gone this route, but when i received my new car and there was a problem, i went to the sales guy not the service centre to get it sorted. He got it straight into the garage and gave me a decent spec car to use in meantime. There should be at least some honeymoon period to avoid the long wait and no loan car cobblers.
good luck.
He is very nice and was helpful through the sales process but ultimately not altogether that helpful now that something has gone wrong.
I’ve had to call Tewkesbury today to try get an answer out of them relating to the bodywork as the heater is now fixed - and on it goes.
I’m all out of patience at this stage.
