I assume before I write this that it will be construed as "over the top". If it were me, I would epoxy the hole and move on. No one is going to find it, even if the battery fails. These service people can't find their ass with both hands. I am so done with this brand, its not even worth talking about anymore.

This is the front portion of the car which is mostly coolant manifold. If you don’t see any fluid leaks, you are fine.

As others have said nothing immediately above those panels so unless a spiked went along way in there is likely to be zero damage.

They are fitted with screws so if you can jack the car up or get it on a vehicle lift I would remove the panel and check. Then either repair the panel with some filler for a few $ or order a replacement panel. You need to find the correct part for your vin. I wouldn't pay OPC to do this job.

This is the front fiber cover for the suspension, I sliced mine (also a 2023) on some debris and bought a new one for around $375 and replaced it. Easy to do just a handful of screws to remove, I would not sweat it.

You will need a decent jack to lift up the front of the Taycan, but as said above, all you need is a Torx screw head kit and 20 minutes to remove the panel.

You can easily repair the panel with some silicone glue and it will cost you nothing, or order the one posted above if you want it to be perfect.

The panel is made of a fibrous material and not structural in any way.

I probably wouldn't bother to do anything personally. A hole in that panel can't be seen and won't do any damage, one could take @FlyingPoint advice and fill with 2-part epoxy. But then forget about it.

Don’t forget to disable the air suspension (jack mode) if you jack it up yourself
