I have uploaded screenshots of all my trips
From the screen shots that you have uploaded, I think it all looks fine. You have a few trips that are 25 km + and then the consumption looks quite normal. I have no feeling for what the temperature in Vancouver is when you drive.

I can often see similar figures when starting out in the mornings in perhaps 7 to 10 C. High consumption for the first 20 km and then things settle down.

As others have suggested take the car for a proper drive, say 50 to 100 km and you will note a completely different figure. And please also indicate the outdoor temperature and the cabin temp that you have set.

I also cannot see any indication that you have a heavy right foot ? Or not ?

The advice to just take it for a long drive in Range or Normal mode on a low traffic day at highway speeds is the best. And if you can do it when the temps are around 70F/21C you will see your maximum range. You can't tell much from the data for the trips as depending on what kind of trip it was, the numbers will be all over the map and you probably aren't recording the details. Nothing beats a real world test.

only for the range estimation not for the range, because you don't need range for short trips :)

but who cares? if you do 6 x 5km trips per day with very high 45kWh'ish consumption, you still can drive a whole week without recharging.

ok, but it looks that OP cares about that….
anyway: i had a short trip today (18km one way: A-B: 16km, stop for an hour, then moved to C, 2km, another stop for an hour, then back home)… when started, consumption was 45kwh/100km, but after 5 or 6km, it went down to 21.
overall trip: 36km, 55mins, avg.speed 40km/h (one traffic jam, 5 minutes), avg.consumption: 24.9kwh.100km.

I am in the Vancouver area and have 16,000 km on my Turbo From winter and summer driving. You should be getting 400km+ with reasonable driving. 4.5 to 5.0 km per KWh.

Thanks for weighing in as comparing data to being in the same city will be something I can talk to the Porsche centre about. Do you have performance battery plus or the just the performance battery?

I would have to check the spec sheet but I did not upgrade the wheels and I have manual charging port covers.
