Well, its been missing about three weeks now! Ive turned my home upside down but can't find it.
Im assuming I get a replacement from Porsche, just wondering if anyone knows from previous experience what the time period is and cost ?

I went through this (in UK) a couple of years ago with a Panamera. The dealer has to order a new key which is cut to your VIN (for the emergency lock) as well as the remote fob - total was £272.58 in May 2023. Once they have the parts they need to pair the fob to your car so it needs booking in - this cost me an extra £100. Total end-to-end was about 3 weeks.

I guess it might be possible for the dealer to get a fob and program it in a shorter timeframe and the physical key follows on later.

I was told when they program the new fob any missing ones are automatically cancelled so they will no longer work, though obviously the physical emergency key will still work. If you're concerned your missing fob might be found/used you should speak to your dealer to explore options for having it cancelled ASAP.
