I'm surprised too. My wife's SLK spooks me every time it does it.I am surprised you have not felt it. It is quite noticeable, at least in my car. A number of passengers have asked what that was when in the car for the first time!!
Maybe something unusual about my seating position and/or body shape (I thought I was normal...ish) means the belts are already tense enough?
EDIT- just checked with my wife- she's never noticed it in the Taycan.
