Thanks for the reply but that's exactly what I've always done. I think you can see from others posts that there is a problem with the system.

Wasn't apparent with the screen shot you posted. A problem with the system, never, lol.
I can send destinations to the car, but they show up 2-3 hours later. Not very helpful. With all the updates, I tried again this past weekend and it showed up ~30 minutes later.

It is bizarre but not convinced its MY related.

Have you checked all of your Porsche Connect service subscriptions are active - perhaps they have been corrupted in some way?

It is MY related. New models have different hardware

Doesn't work anymore for my20 since rhe server upgrade. Porsche server cannot connect to our cars anymore for this part ( like I mentioned before also google search disappeared)

Appreciate the frustration but I still don't think this relates to a MY hardware difference - Porsche can't simply remove core software features on a whim without notification.

I think this is a back office migration bug which has not been properly tested and will get resolved.

I agree with your point regarding taking away features.

However that my MY20 has different hardware then the newer MY was told to me by Porsche aftersales where I am talking to.

Try your secondary Porsche ID in both app and car as a last throw of the dice.

The problem is that I never set up a second user for the car. My wife blankly refuses to drive the car. Happily she will come along on trips for now, but if anything more happens on a trip, it will be over.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, given it all the permissions it wanted etc. Changed uset to guest and switched back several times. I have also deleted the account totally in the car and started from the beginning. But all without any improvements or resolution.

I will send a new letter to Porsche France. From experience that needs to be done here in France by registered mail with receipt and then probably a wait of 3 to 5 weeks or so. Email are blissfully ignored and not answered.

Yes (there are 4 different hardware versions of the Taycan PCM out there) BUT there is no definitive correlation to that and the removal of software services / features.

I still think the missing features will magically reappear.

You could still have a secondary user for yourself and assign to the second key.

Only suggesting as a means to force something server side which just might kick start a process which has stalled and preventing some features to load.

You have a crystal ball! Today Google Search, Favorites and sending a destination from the app to the Car reappeared. I received three updates through OTA.

Confirms a long held belief that the dealerships are essentially useless and palm customers off with any old rubbish.

I had the same issues including the google search. Porsche eventually sent my car some update and both work now -google search plus send to vehicle. MY 2020 4s.
