Speedometer Accuracy?

Normal for a Porsche. My 993’s speedometer was off by a variable amount depending on how fast you were going, it also had an effect on the odometer. We discovered that when doing rally’s in the car.

Assuming the same set-up, on the e-tron GT w/21 " wheels, the speedo is off 2-3mph as well. However when I had the standard 20" wheels, the speedo was nearly spot on depending on speed.

20" wheel/tire (OEM) actually has a larger overall OD than the 21" wheel/tire (OEM), by about 20mm.

Same here. Speedo reads 2-3 mph lower than radar signs showing my speed. Easy fix to just set cruise control a couple of MPH higher.

my 991.1 911 is spot on, and so was the 2025 Taycan loaner I got a few months ago.
