Not only will those links drop the car but it will lower the maxium height by how much you drop it.
you will be more likely to scape the car, depending on were you drive,

I wouldn’t do it.

According the the video you still regain all of your ride heights and can still raise it to the highest level when wanted. Just makes the lowest level/setting a bit lower it seems.

That's true. It reduces *each* height.

For us, the "Medium" height that the ORDP defaulted to was quite high, and we are looking forward to the same 1"-1.25" drop that Larry liked. If we're in range mode or sport plus, one does have to avoid tall objects.

That is my understanding as well.

This is why the CETE system is so superior (imo) - of course WAY more expensive but equally far more sophisticated - night and day - allows for complete customization of any height (incl beyond factory limits) in any mode the car is in. Thus you can keep or change factory height settings in certain modes and change them in other modes - very cool piece of kit and all done from an app OR within the car (once customized). Both units also well hidden under the car and not visible (as the links are) during routine service calls.

All that said I am STILL waiting on shipment of my order due to supply chain restraints (ordered a couple of months ago!).

Yep not something new I.e. tried and tested - CETE modules have been available for multiple Porsche models for years.

By "available" you mean you're still waiting for it and no one will commit to me that they have one in stock. ;)

I don't doubt I'll eventually find one and use it, but it's worth exploring the system with the drop links IMHO.

No I mean many Porsche owner's have 'availed' i.e. used this system across multiple Porsche models - it is tried and tested and not a new gimmick. I already purchased the FVD links a half year ago and sold them on.

I had links. Now I have the CETE module. It's much more adjustable.

There are a ton of suppliers that can source them. I got mine in 10 days from Europrice. Nemesis Autosport, TAG have always been good about being real with turnaround.

As you know I ordered from Sean at TAG - out of curiosity, when did you order from Europirce? I went with TAG as at that time custom the PnP harness for CETE was still tech. available but now that is not an option apparently.

So how do you like it? No reviews have seen anywhere yet?
