I don't believe the tyre measurements especially on the front - you only get 6mm to start with!
If they change the tyres, should I seal the deal or is there other things to consider?

At 38,000 miles he's doubtless had the tyres replaced (several times). Totally possibly to fit new tyres with more than 6mm of tread when new.

You dont "need" new tyres. But if you feel/think you can bargain on that front go for it. Seems a pretty good deal too me.

Speaking of tread depths, this pulled up next to me the other day. That's scraping legal. Not an uncommon sight unfortunately. As I hopped out, the other 3 were just as bad.

People don't give a shit until they have to generally,

I thought the rear one worth bargaining for, but little do I know in cars, seems like the front ones are the one worth mentioning ?. Thanks for the advise, really appreciate it ??

You should check rear tires interior wall, as many reported excessive wear on the "inside" portions of the rear tires. But looks like a great deal.

Absolutely make sure it survives a fast charging experience.

Make sure recalls are done, especially the brakes related ones.

check the panoramic roof for any small fissures.

Will do, that is great information, thanks.

Anything to check in particular in recall history?

My front tyres came with 7mm so they are fine. Porsche recommend >3mm so I doubt you will get much off for the tyres. To check the battery cover you will need it up on a ramp. Any ding >3mm = walk away. There is a massive thread somewhere on here about that. As others have said, look carefully for cracks in the roof, inside tyre walls on the rear and have a very careful look all round. If it is all good, then looks like a good price. Also see what chargers/cables come with it - I think a 2021 model should have a charger but no type 2 cable as standard.

Presumably from a main dealer?

If so, get the build code which will give full specs for a better comparison. (or post up a link)

If not, be careful on warranty - non-authorised dealers can't transfer it...could be on SoR I guess, but that could get tricky. I wouldn't buy one without a Porsche warranty.

There are approved used cars available for around that mark (I would say definitely negotiable to below it!) with similar or less miles. So unless the spec is big, £59k would not be a massive bargain from the non-approved network. Even with a big spec, I'd keep negotiating.

Thanks for the advise. I can't find the battery thread, any clue what exactly to look for apart from the battarey ding? And as it is a porsche seller, should I ask for type 2 cable?
