This question comes up to mind a few times. Everyone that has it, seems to love RAS. But I hear very little about PDCC. I have a 4S with the Perf package which includes PDCC, RAS, PTV..

I always wondered when the time came to upgrade, whether keeping PDCC would be a must. Granted, I haven’t driven a Taycan without PDCC long enough to have a fair comparison. What I have noticed is that in Sport plus, when making 90 degree turns, the car seems to turn on a dime. I’m not sure how much of this is a more aggressive RAS in Sport+ vs what PDCC is bringing, vs PTV. To be honest, in many cases I’ve told to myself that a little but more turn in and I would have eaten the curb. That’s how aggressive that turn in is, very noticeable compared to other drive modes.
Also, I’m aware PAR replaced PDCC in J1.2.

PDCC works all the time and you can see it in the graphic. Most thought that it is only good for the track and car is grounded with the big flat battery anyway, but when you take a highway ramp or a round about, it keeps you flat, if that is what you want.

No, it's not only for track.

J1.1 PDCC have noticeably more compliant suspension and are much less upset by side to side bumps compared to not having it. So it improves comfort significantly as well.

PDCC is excellent. You don’t hear a lot about it because it’s expensive and most cars don’t have it. The biggest benefit of this feature goes to daily drivers that want the greatest range from comfort to sportiness….while maintaining control.
