Had a strange issue yesterday; wondering if anyone’s had a similar experience. Rolled my window down at a guard gate. When I tried to roll it up, it wouldn’t move at all. Tried the switch 3-4 times, and finally on the fourth try it went up very slowly. Tested it out later when I got home and the window goes up and down fine.

Not sure if this applies but, I had an issue where the left rear window would not return completely closed after opening/closing the that door. Dealer told me ‘start’ the car, sit in back seat and open/close fully 3-4 times (holding the switch), which resolved the issue.

Resetting your windows should fix it...temporarily anyway. It always fixes them for the few test cycles that I tested right after, but I don't know when or what causes them to lose their positions again since I hardly open the windows. So, the few times I open the windows, the problem returns. However, I find that if you don't roll them down all the way, then they'd roll up just fine so that's what I do.

The is a relearning procedure in the manual. 2 steps to complete.

I thought it was just me... I roll down my driver window daily to swipe my garage parking badge (have no interest in putting a transponder on my windshield). While I finally figured out the two-click pull-up-lever method to make the window roll up faster, I felt like maybe I was messing it up sometimes because the window would refuse to roll up at all. On those occasions (once or twice a week), I have to wait ~30s and then try again... at which point, if it works, it only ever rolls up slowly. I'll mention it at a future service appointment, but it's not enough to bother me just yet.

same. and the service center could not duplicate it. so now it's just a random thing that happens. drivers window only.
